Warranty
All MOTHERs™ are warranted for their life against manufacturer’s defect. What does that mean? Well, if your puppy chews a hole in your pack (not that it has ever happened to us), or if it rips apart because you were using it as a tow sling to get your bud’s rig out of a ditch (nope – never been there either), or if you return it to us in ten years full of mildew and sun faded from hunting 100 days a year, then you're just out of luck – go buy a new pack. However, if your MOTHER™ wears out or breaks from normal use, we’ll repair or replace it, at our discretion. We may also, in some cases, just send you the part or piece that will make your MOTHER™ whole again. Just be sure to e-mail us for a return authorization number, then wait for the number to come back to you before sending your pack to us. Packages arriving without a return authorization number will be denied.
